Czech media prepare specialized election coverage and debates

Czech media outlets are preparing extensive coverage for upcoming municipal and senate elections.

CNN Prima News will launch special pre-election programming starting September 2. The schedule includes at least two major debates per week, profile interviews with party leaders, and special formats such as a debate for young politicians. The coverage will utilize augmented reality to present election results and candidate projections. Moderation duties will be handled by Terezie Tománková, Petr Suchoň, Pavlína Wolfová, Petr Převrátil, and Lucie Čermáková.

Czech Television is also adjusting its lineup, with moderator Peroutková set to join the Sunday Debate project. This project is intended to succeed the program 'Otázky Václava Moravce'.
