Klášterec nad Ohří hosts 22nd classical‑film music festival

The 22nd edition of the Klášterec Music Sources festival will take place from July 14 to July 18 at the castle in Klášterec nad Ohří. The five‑concert programme blends classical repertoire, film scores, musical theatre and pop, with a nightly focus on a different theme.

The opening concert on July 14 at 19:00 features clarinetist Anna Paulová, pianist Jaromír Klepl and violinist Jaroslav Svěcený. Subsequent evenings include performances by singer Lenny, a concert by the Slovak ensemble Cigánski Diabli with Svěcený, and a film‑music session presenting pieces from Pirates of the Caribbean, Princess and the Frog Prince, among others. Ticket prices range from 500 to 650 CZK.
