Czech police arrest man for alleged sexual abuse and drug use
Czech police have arrested a 49-year-old man accused of using fraudulent spiritual healing practices to sexually abuse women. The suspect, who claimed to be a member of an extraterrestrial race known as the ‘lion people,’ allegedly promised clients healing from all traumas and even immortality through his self-invented ‘CIT therapy’ (Holistic Intuitive Therapy).
Investigators state that between 2021 and 2025, the man conducted drug-fueled rituals in Prague, the Central Bohemian Region, and Moravia. During these sessions, he reportedly administered decoctions made from a South American plant containing the prohibited psychedelic substance DMT. Under the guise of spiritual cleansing, the suspect allegedly caused intense pain through physical manipulation of victims' intimate areas, claiming the pain was a necessary part of the healing process.
Authorities arrested the man and an accomplice during a drug session in Zásmuky. A third woman was also detained in connection with the case. While detectives have identified nine rape victims so far, police believe the number of affected women could be significantly higher and are urging anyone with similar experiences to contact the authorities. The suspect is currently in custody and faces charges of rape and sexual coercion, which carry a potential sentence of up to ten years in prison.
