Czech President Petr Pavel Joins National Sports Journalists Club

President Petr Pavel, a long‑time motorsport photographer, was accepted as a free‑photographer member of the Czech Club of Sports Journalists (KSN) after the organization’s standard admission process. The club’s chair, Michal Dusík, confirmed that Pavel met all criteria and was also admitted to the International Association of Sports Journalists (AIPS).

Pavel’s recent photographic work includes the Dakar Rally, the 24‑Hour Le Mans race, the Czech MotoGP Grand Prix in Brno, the European autocross championship in Nová Paka, and the Hungarian Formula 1 Grand Prix at Hungaroring, where he worked alongside Czech photographer Jiří Křenek. Images he captured at Dakar and other events were auctioned in December, raising 668,555 CZK for the Eva Pavel Foundation to support families and children in need.
