Czech racers Martin Doulík and Dominik Stříteský aim for upcoming titles after recent setbacks

Martin Doulík, a 24‑year‑old water‑craft racer from Pece pod Sněžkou, has opened the season with victories in the Czech and Polish championships. He is currently ninth in the Runabout GP1 world‑championship standings and is targeting the season‑ending Grand Prix in Vichy, France. Doulík also reflects on the recent fatal accident of a close friend during a Polish event, which has weighed heavily on the Czech racing community.

Dominik Stříteský, 26, and his co‑driver Ondřej Krajča, 33, survived a fiery crash in the Rallye Poland 2026. Both were injured and spent several days in hospital, but Stříteský reports that he is now able to stand and walk again. The duo aim to return to competition at the upcoming Barum Rally in the Czech Republic, scheduled to start in less than two weeks.
