Czech regional football sees high-scoring matches and seven-goal individual performance
In Czech regional football, Sokol Hostouň secured a 4:2 victory against FK Brandýs nad Labem in the 4th league. The match was decided in the 77th minute when Zdeněk Hucka converted a penalty following a foul in the box. Despite conceding twice from set pieces in the first half, Hostouň maintained their position behind the undefeated Chomutov.
In the district championships, a significant scoring surge occurred, with 59 goals recorded across ten matches. Most notably, Němčice achieved a double-digit victory against Polička, led by Matěj Matoušek, who scored seven goals in a single game, including four consecutive strikes. This performance propelled Němčice to the top of the table.
