Czech regions feature newborn baby photo galleries

Deník has released weekly photo galleries featuring newborn babies from various Czech regions for the 39th week of 2026. These galleries cover the Olomouc, Liberec, Karlovy Vary, Vysočina, Plzeň, and Zlín regions.

As part of this initiative, a popularity contest titled ‘Most Sympathetic Baby’ allows readers to vote for their favorites. The winner from each region advances to a national final at the end of the month to compete for the title of ‘Baby of the Month’. Parents can submit photographs and consent via email to participate in the galleries and the competition.
