Czech regions feature newborn baby photo galleries
Deník has released weekly photo galleries featuring newborn babies from various Czech regions, including Plzeň, Central Bohemia, Karlovy Vary, South Moravia, Liberec, Moravian-Silesian, and Prague.
The publication invites parents to submit photographs of their newborns via email along with a signed consent form. Participating infants are entered into a weekly poll titled ‘O nejsympatičtější miminko’ (The Most Sympathetic Baby).
At the end of each month, the baby with the highest number of votes from their respective region advances to a national final. The ultimate winner of the national competition is awarded the title of ‘Miminko měsíce’ (Baby of the Month).
