In Loučovice, a BMW driver lost control, entered oncoming traffic, breached a fence and drove part of the car into a house, causing minor injuries to the driver and damage estimated at least 900 000 CZK. On the I/35 highway near Holovousy, a passenger‑car driver crossed into the opposite lane and collided with a truck; the driver died on site after being trapped in the vehicle. Finally, in Plzeň on Rokycanska street, a senior driver lost consciousness, crashed into a construction site and was rescued after prolonged resuscitation, now in critical condition in a hospital.
