Czech Senate Elections 2022: Vesce Voting District Details and Mělník Candidate Contest

The municipality of Vesce (including Čeraz and Mokrá) has one Senate voting district for the 2022 elections, with the polling station located in the Vesce town hall (address No. 33). The elections for municipal councils and the Senate are scheduled for 23‑24 September 2022, with possible second‑round voting on 30 September‑1 October. The district information was signed by Mayor Martin Novák.

In the neighboring Mělník area, voters will elect a senator for the 2022 cycle in Senate district 36 (Česká Lípa). Incumbent Jiří Vosecký, who has held the seat since 2014, is running for a third term as an independent under the label “Vosa v Senátu.” Other declared candidates include former municipal official Vít Vomáčka, regional governor Martin Půta, and academic Iva Baslarová. Candidate registrants must submit their applications by 4 August, ahead of the September poll.
