Following the safety concerns raised by the Rust film tragedy, the production opted for modified airsoft weapons instead of real firearms to ensure safety while maintaining visual authenticity. Dvořák also remarked on the local atmosphere in Turkey, noting that residents were largely indifferent to the filming and weapon props in public markets.
