CZFB and Talent Factory partner to boost youth entrepreneurship

The Consorci de la Zona Franca de Barcelona (CZFB) and Talent Factory have signed a strategic collaboration agreement to promote entrepreneurship and innovation among young people. The partnership, formalized at DFactory Barcelona by CZFB Director General Blanca Sorigué and Talent Factory Director Juan Castilla, aims to bridge the gap between education, technology, and the business sector.

Under this agreement, the CZFB will join as a collaborating entity for the 2026 edition of the Talent Factory program. The initiative provides students with a structured itinerary involving training, mentorship from industry professionals, and project development. The goal is to transform academic ideas into viable business models.

As part of the program, finalists present their projects to a specialized jury. Winning teams may receive the opportunity to visit Silicon Valley to experience its technological and business ecosystem firsthand.
