Częstochowa Safe Space expands mental health support to adults

The Safe Space initiative in Częstochowa, located at Galeria Jurajska, is expanding its psychological support services to include adults. While originally focused on youth facing emotional issues and academic stress, the center now offers advisory and information services for parents and adults.

Therapist Paulina Siejka noted that the center addresses a wide range of concerns, including stress management and relationship issues. For adults, the center is available Monday through Friday from 19:00 to 21:00 until the end of October. For children and youth, services are available from 17:00 to 19:00 through the end of the year. The initiative is a collaboration between the city, the local Social Welfare Center (MOPS), the Psychological and Pedagogical Counseling Center, and the YAVA Association.
