ORA Developers hires D-Marin to design BAYN marina in Ghantoot, UAE

ORA Developers has appointed D-Marin as the technical marina consultant for BAYN, its flagship coastal community in Ghantoot, a site situated between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The consultancy will support the marina’s design, offering market knowledge, strategic insights and sustainable planning for the development, which will feature extensive open space, a natural lagoon and canal.

Selcuk Balci, managing director of D-Marin Dubai, said the firm is committed to “premium, sustainable, and innovative marina management” and aims to optimise investment costs through strategic berth‑mix planning. Parvin Mansoor Al Awadhi, head of development and design at ORA Developers, highlighted that the marina is central to the vision for the Ghantoot coastline and will adhere to high standards of quality and environmental responsibility. D-Marin currently operates seven marinas across the UAE, including Al Seef, Jaddaf Waterfront, Marasi Bay, Marsa Al Arab and Port De La Mer.
