Łódź NFZ offers free psychological consultations

The National Health Fund (NFZ) in Łódź is organizing free psychological consultations for residents and those experiencing mental health crises. The event is scheduled for Monday, October 26, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the NFZ customer service hall located at 35 Targowa Street in Łódź. No prior registration is required.

Participants can speak with a psychologist and receive information on where to seek professional help for mental health issues. According to Anna Leder, spokesperson for the Łódź branch of the NFZ, approximately 130,000 patients in the Łódź Voivodeship utilize various forms of mental health support annually. The most common diagnoses include anxiety disorders, severe stress reactions, adjustment disorders, and depression.
