Łódź region sees surge in warehouse and logistics investments

The warehouse market in Poland is experiencing a significant revival, with the Łódź Voivodeship emerging as one of the three most active regions alongside Silesia and Lower Silesia.

According to data from CBRE and Panattoni, gross demand for warehouse space in Poland reached 3.51 million square meters in the first half of 2026, representing a 21 percent increase compared to the same period in 2025. The second quarter saw particularly high activity, with 1.93 million square meters leased.

In the Łódź region, the central location and access to major transport routes, including the A1 and A2 motorways and the S14 expressway, continue to drive demand for logistics, production, and distribution spaces. Over half of the transactions in the first half of 2026 were new lease agreements, accounting for 52 percent of the total market activity.
