Łódź Secures Tenants for Revitalized Square Pavilions and Advances New 4‑Star Hotel Project

The city of Łódź announced that the two glass pavilions on Skwer Wiedźmina, completed in 2024 at a cost of about 7 million zloty, have finally found tenants. One pavilion will house "Łódzkie Kurczaki," a poultry‑focused eatery, and the other will become "Łódzkie Nalewki," serving regional spirits and specialties. Both venues are undergoing finishing work and are expected to open to customers in August.

Separately, Aqua Park Łódź has commissioned a design office to prepare full documentation for a new four‑star hotel to be built beside the Aquapark Fala. The project, valued at roughly 70 million zloty, will comprise 180 rooms across up to six floors and is slated for completion and opening in 2028. The hotel is intended to reinforce the growing recreational and tourism zone that includes Atlas Arena, Orientarium Zoo and the expanding sports‑leisure area of the city.
