Da Nang approves 1,152 billion VND Han Hotel & Residences project

The Da Nang People's Committee has officially approved the investment for the Han Hotel & Residences project, a 33-story apartment and hotel complex located in the city center. The project, situated on land lots B1-1-5 and B1-1-6 in the 2/9 residential and commercial area of Hoa Cuong Ward, involves a total investment of over 1,152 billion VND.

International Hotel Management and Investment Co., Ltd. has been named the developer. The project covers a land area of 2,813.6 square meters with a construction density of 45.3%. It features a total above-ground floor area of 33,763 square meters and is expected to accommodate a permanent population of approximately 452 people.

Construction is scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2027, with completion and operational status expected within 2029. The complex will include residential housing, apartments, tourist apartments, and commercial services for sale or lease.
