Da Nang communes request amendments to new land price list
During a specialized session of the Da Nang People's Council, officials addressed urgent issues regarding land management and public investment. Despite the recent issuance of Resolution No. 28 concerning the new land price list, 37 out of 94 communes and wards in the city have proposed amendments or supplements to the list.
Review reports indicate that several roads and land locations were not included in the original regulations. Additionally, some entries require adjustment or removal due to changes in street names, urban planning status, or transportation connectivity. The Economic and Budget Committee noted that current land position determinations in some areas do not align with actual field conditions.
Nguyen Duc Dung, Chairman of the Da Nang People's Council, emphasized the necessity of addressing these practical obstacles. He called for thorough reviews at the grassroots level to ensure that future resolutions are legally compliant, feasible, and effectively utilize resources while protecting the rights of citizens and businesses.
