Da Nang launches EAGLE FTZ infrastructure project

The EAGLE FTZ project, the first infrastructure development within the Da Nang Free Trade Zone, has officially commenced. Located in Hai Van Ward, the 75-hectare site is being developed by the Saigon-Da Nang Investment Joint Stock Company (SDN).

With a total investment exceeding 1,568 billion VND, the project is strategically positioned near the Lien Chieu Industrial Park and provides connectivity to Lien Chieu International Port, road, rail, and airport networks. The development aims to serve as a modern complex for logistics, manufacturing, and supporting industries.

According to SDN General Director Mai Cong Ho, the project will utilize international standards, focusing on digital, green, and smart infrastructure. The zone is designed to attract high-quality investment in priority sectors, including logistics, high-tech manufacturing (semiconductors, aircraft components, and transport vehicles), advanced mechanics, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and AI-driven industries.
