Da Nang officials ordered to reform administrative procedures

Da Nang People's Committee Chairman Nguyen Manh Hung has issued a directive to rectify deficiencies in the reception, guidance, and resolution of administrative procedures across the city. This move follows a report from the Department of Home Affairs regarding procedural failures at the Thang Dien Commune People's Committee.

Investigations revealed that inconsistent and incomplete guidance forced citizens to return up to five times to complete a single task. The Chairman ordered all local authorities to conduct comprehensive reviews of their administrative processes and strictly prohibit officials from evading responsibility or causing unnecessary difficulties for citizens and businesses.
