Da Nang police conduct drug tests at delivery service businesses

Police in the Lien Chieu Ward of Da Nang conducted drug tests on employees at two delivery service businesses on August 20. The operation is part of a 45-day intensive campaign aimed at reviewing, detecting, and handling drug-related issues to clean up key areas of concern.

Authorities selected delivery services for these inspections due to the nature of the industry, noting that workers are numerous, frequently mobile, and interact with various groups and locations. The inspections focused on assessing legal compliance and proactively identifying drug use to prevent crime at the local level. In addition to testing, officers provided guidance to workers to increase legal awareness and prevent drug-related activities.
