The suspect, Lê Việt Cường (born 1995, resident of Hòa Thọ Đông, Đại Lộc, Da Nang), was identified after more than eight hours of investigation. He had entered the shop via an emergency exit, disabled the camera system with a flame, and removed the phones in a backpack. Police recovered all stolen devices and other evidence, and placed Cường under temporary detention while the case proceeds to prosecution.
