Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association launches kindness award

The Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association has launched the “For a Da Nang - Kind City” award to honor individuals and stories of kindness within the community. The initiative aims to promote positive social values and encourage citizens, officials, and business leaders to contribute to the city's development.

The award features three primary categories:

• Serving Civil Servants: Recognizes officials who demonstrate dedication, responsibility, and proactive service to citizens and businesses, specifically through administrative reforms or improving service quality, regardless of rank or seniority.

• Responsible Entrepreneurs: Honors business leaders who fulfill all legal and tax obligations while maintaining consistent, practical contributions to social welfare, charity, and supporting vulnerable groups.

• Civilized Citizens: Celebrates ordinary residents who perform meaningful acts, such as assisting tourists, protecting the environment, or participating in community service.

The inaugural award expects to honor up to 15 exemplary individuals, with a maximum of five recipients per category, based on the quality of submitted profiles.
