Da Phuoc International Urban Area project undergoes planning adjustments

The Da Phuoc International Urban Area project, valued at over 54,700 billion VND, is undergoing planning adjustments. The developer, The Sunrise Bay Co., Ltd., has requested community feedback from the Hai Chau and Thanh Khe ward people's committees in Da Nang regarding the 1/500 scale detailed planning adjustment.

The proposed adjustment covers an area of approximately 170 hectares located between Da Nang Bay, Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, and the Han River. The project is designated for urban use, including low-rise commercial housing such as villas and townhouses, hotels, entertainment services, public facilities, healthcare, education, and parks.

Key changes in the planning dossier include updating the boundaries to align with recent investment policy adjustments, adding land-use indicators such as land-use coefficients and population targets, and adjusting the functions of educational land plots. This move follows government efforts to resolve legal obstacles that had previously left the project stalled for several years.
