Da Vittorio celebrates 60 years with international culinary tour

The Cerea family is celebrating the 60th anniversary of Da Vittorio with an international culinary road show. The celebration consists of four major dining events held in Shanghai, Paris, St. Moritz, and Brusaporto.

The tour focuses on collaborative dining experiences involving mentors, colleagues, and students to share expertise in gastronomy and hospitality. In Shanghai, Chicco Cerea and Paolo Rota collaborated with Wu Rong and Yoda Chen of the Michelin-starred restaurant Meet The Bund to bridge Eastern and Western culinary visions.

The second stop is scheduled for November 12, 2026, in Paris at the Royal Monceau’s ‘Il Carpaccio’. There, executives Oliver Piras and Alessandra Del Favero will host a six-hand dinner alongside Yannick Alléno and Chicco Cerea.
