DAASI International announces change in executive management

DAASI International GmbH has implemented a change in its executive management as of September 1. After more than 25 years at the helm, founder Peter Gietz is handing over leadership to David Hübner and Markus Widmer.

Both Hübner and Widmer previously served as authorized signatories (Prokuristen) involved in the strategic and operational development of the Tübingen-based open-source service provider. The new leadership intends to maintain the company's current course while adapting services to new technical developments, with a continued focus on digitally sovereign open-source solutions.

Founded in 2000 by Peter and Karin Gietz as a spin-off from the University of Tübingen, the company has evolved into an international IT service provider specializing in Identity & Access Management. Its client base includes organizations within research, education, public administration, and the private sector.
