Daboo Malik reflects on Armaan Malik performing with Shankar Mahadevan

Music composer and singer Daboo Malik described a recent joint concert featuring his son, Armaan Malik, and veteran singer Shankar Mahadevan as a “full circle” moment in his career.

Malik shared on social media that Mahadevan was a key singer for his first television show, Harmony, which Malik conceptualized and music-directed. He noted that seeing Armaan perform with Mahadevan brought back memories of Mahadevan’s early television performances, where he sang covers of legendary artists like Rafi and Lata Mangeshkar.

Daboo Malik is a long-standing figure in the Hindi music industry, known for his work as a composer, singer, and actor. He is the son of composer Sardar Malik and the father of singers Armaan Malik and Amaal Mallik.
