Dacheng Experimental Primary School students conduct self-planned trip to Thailand

Students from Dacheng Experimental Primary School in Pingtung recently traveled to Thailand for an educational exchange. The group visited the Faculty of Media Arts and Design at Chiang Mai University and toured three art museums, including Hang Pui Art Space, alongside various artist workshops.

Under the guidance of Principal Chung Hsiu-feng, the students were responsible for planning much of their own itinerary. This included preparing presentations, creating souvenirs, filming videos, and acting as guides for their daily excursions. The student-led itinerary featured walking tours of Suvarnabhumi International Airport and comparative visits to night markets in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai.

To prepare for the journey, students developed an exploration manual containing fifty questions about Chiang Mai. They also created specialized guidebooks and prepared banners to document their observations of local life and urban environments.
