Dacia to debut new Spring and Striker models at 2026 Paris Motor Show
Dacia has announced two major world premieres for the 2026 Paris Motor Show, marking a significant step in the brand's electrification and expansion into the C-segment.
The first major reveal is the second generation of the Spring, an affordable A-segment electric city car produced in Europe. This model serves as the foundation for a growing family of electric vehicles planned through 2030, with an entry price aimed to remain below 18,000 euros.
The second premiere is the Striker, a new C-segment crossover designed to offer versatility with multiple powertrain options, including hybrid, tribrid, and LPG versions. The Striker is intended to complement the Bigster, with pricing expected to stay under 25,000 euros.
Additionally, Dacia is expanding its hybrid offerings. The Sandero, Sandero Stepway, and Jogger models will introduce the Hybrid 155 powertrain. The brand's SUV models, the Duster and Bigster, will feature a new tribrid 150 4x4 system. These updates align with the brand's 'futuREady' strategic plan to increase electrification across its entire lineup.
