Daegu Office of Education hosts student art exhibition

The Daegu Metropolitan Office of Education is hosting an exhibition featuring approximately 90 works created by students during their summer break. Held at the ‘Sangsangdaero’ gallery within the Daegu Student Art Creation Center, the exhibition runs from the 18th to the 28th.

The showcase includes a diverse range of media, from traditional folk paintings (Minhwa) reinterpreted with modern characters to digital drawings and webtoons. Notably, the exhibition features creative works utilizing artificial intelligence, such as music videos produced by students who composed original songs and applied AI technology to the visual production process.

Participants in the exhibition include students ranging from the fourth grade of elementary school to high school. The office plans to continue expanding these art education programs to enhance students' creativity and expressive capabilities through various school-linked exhibitions and experiential learning opportunities.
