Daejeon City launches bakery and football tour for sports fans

Daejeon City is launching a specialized ‘Bread and Football Tour’ in collaboration with Korail to coincide with Daejeon Hana Citizen’s AFC Champions League Elite home matches in October and November.

The program, titled the ‘Daejeon Bread Bread Rail Tour,’ is designed for visiting football fans traveling by train. The four-hour tour begins at 2:00 PM from the Daejeon Travel Lounge, visiting several well-known local bakeries including Cold Butter Bake Shop, California Bakery, Le Pain 99-1, and Yeon Seon-heum Bakery.

Participants will be provided with free shuttle transportation to arrive at the Daejeon World Cup Stadium by 6:00 PM, ahead of the match kickoff. The tours are scheduled for October 27 and November 24, provided a minimum of 20 participants per session is met. Interested fans can apply via the Naver reservation system.
