Daewoo E&C surpasses 5 trillion won in urban renewal orders

Daewoo E&C announced it has been selected as the construction company for the Uijeongbu Ganeung District 4 redevelopment project and the Seoul Seongsan Moa Town District 4 project. The combined construction cost for these two projects is approximately 715.3 billion won.

The Uijeongbu project involves constructing 1,368 residential units across 10 buildings, reaching up to 39 floors. The company has proposed the name ‘Prugio Artiv’ for the complex, which will feature specialized designs and diverse community facilities including a fitness club, golf club, and sauna.

The Seongsan Moa Town District 4 project in Mapo-gu, Seoul, will consist of 685 residential units across 7 buildings, with a construction cost of 250.6 billion won. Daewoo E&C proposed the name ‘Mapo Prugio Honors Royal’ and aims to establish a brand town of over 2,000 Prugio units in the area.

With these recent wins, Daewoo E&C’s cumulative orders for urban renewal projects have reached 5.0673 trillion won. The company is also pursuing several other major projects, including the Mok-dong District 8 and Yeouido Hwarang Apartment developments.
