Dagmar Jandová discusses career change and new quiz book projects

Dagmar Jandová, known as the ‘Quiz Lady’ from the television program Na lovu, has shared details regarding her recent career transition and personal life. After 20 years of employment with the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute (ČHMÚ), Jandová decided to resign to focus on other creative pursuits. She cited the challenges of shift work, including night shifts and weekend duties, as primary reasons for the change, noting that the decision has benefited her health and overall well-being.

Jandová is currently focusing on writing quiz-based books for children and adults, as well as developing quiz board games. Following the success of her first book, a second volume is scheduled for release in September.

In her personal life, Jandová recently spent time in Amsterdam with her eldest daughter, Eliška, and a friend, where they visited the Van Gogh Museum. She also spoke about her positive relationship with her two daughters and her continued involvement in television filming.
