Dagneux middle school evacuated following bomb threat

The Marcel-Aymé middle school in Dagneux, near Montluel, was evacuated on Monday, September 21, following a bomb threat. Approximately 500 students were forced to leave the premises as authorities established a security perimeter.

Law enforcement, supported by a specialized canine unit, conducted a thorough inspection of the school's various areas to search for suspicious objects. After several hours of methodical checks, no dangerous items were discovered, and the alert was lifted late in the day. Students were permitted to return to their classes the following Tuesday morning.
