Dagrofa Foodservice to host culinary fair in Brande

Dagrofa Foodservice will host its annual culinary trade fair, ‘Julens Madscene’, on October 20, 2026, in Brande. For the third consecutive year, the event will be held at the facilities of Axel Månsson A/S, Denmark’s largest organic open-field nursery, which is also celebrating its 50th anniversary.

The fair is designed for professional kitchen representatives to find inspiration, local ingredients, and special offers for the Christmas season. This year’s event features a strong emphasis on organic products, including significant representation from Aarstiderne. Participants will also hear from trend researcher Julia Lahme and the Organic Denmark association regarding future food culture and holiday traditions.
