Dahua Technology achieves international certifications for vulnerability management
Dahua Technology has obtained certification from BSI for the international standards ISO/IEC 29147:2018 and ISO/IEC 30111:2019, which govern the management and disclosure of product vulnerabilities.
ISO/IEC 29147 provides guidelines for vulnerability disclosure, ensuring that information is received and communicated appropriately to stakeholders. ISO/IEC 30111 focuses on the vulnerability response process, including verification, risk assessment, remediation, and continuous improvement.
Dahua utilizes its Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) to manage the lifecycle of security issues, from initial reporting to the release of fixes. In Japan, Dahua Technology Japan operates a ‘Trust Center’ to provide localized security advisories, notifications, and reporting channels for its customers.
