Dai Quang Minh raises 500 billion VND through bond issuance

Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment JSC has successfully raised 500 billion VND through a private bond issuance. The bonds, identified by code DQML12602, were issued between September 29 and October 2, 2026, featuring a three-year term and a fixed interest rate of 11% per annum.

This follows a previous successful issuance of 1,000 billion VND in August 2026 (code DQML12601) under similar terms. The company currently has three bond series in circulation.

According to Saigon Ratings, the proceeds from these issuances are intended to partially prepay loans owed to its parent company, THACO, and loans at the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV). The DQML12601 series is secured by over 164 million shares of THACO Agri, valued at approximately 2,000 billion VND, with THACO providing a full payment guarantee.
