Daihatsu adopts CCH Tagetik management platform via Dentsu Soken

Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd. has adopted the CCH Tagetik Intelligent Platform, a Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solution, to modernize its budget management systems. The implementation is being led by Dentsu Soken Inc. in collaboration with Wolters Kluwer.

The new system aims to centralize budget and actual expenditure management for logo-related business and prototype development costs. This modernization is intended to help Daihatsu respond more agilely to changing market environments and planning conditions, particularly as the company expands its presence in Japan and emerging markets in Southeast Asia.

Dentsu Soken will provide end-to-end support, covering everything from requirement definition and system construction to post-launch operation and maintenance. The platform was selected for its ability to manage multiple budget versions and scenarios on a single base, its flexible standard functions that minimize the need for add-ons, and its potential for future expansion into other business areas.
