Daikin introduces Mini VRV technology for small-scale climate control

Daikin has introduced its Mini VRV system, designed to bring advanced Variable Refrigerant Volume technology to smaller projects such as villas, offices, cafes, restaurants, and boutique hotels. Unlike standard split air conditioners, the Mini VRV system allows multiple indoor units to be connected to a single compact outdoor unit.

This configuration enables independent temperature control for different rooms or areas while maximizing space efficiency on balconies, terraces, or limited roof areas. The system is particularly suited for projects up to approximately 200 square meters. It offers six different capacity options, with lower-capacity models capable of operating on standard residential electricity rather than requiring industrial power.

To accommodate various architectural styles, the system supports multiple indoor unit types, including cassette, ducted, wall-mounted, ceiling, and floor types. Management of the system can be handled through Daikin Madoka controllers or centralized control solutions.
