DAIKO XTECH launches DAIKO XCOM cloud PBX service

DAIKO XTECH has launched DAIKO XCOM, a cloud PBX service built on NTT Docomo Business’s ‘Arcstar Smart PBX’ platform. The service provides integrated support for implementation, construction, and operational management to help companies transition from aging fixed-line office systems to flexible, cloud-based environments.

DAIKO XCOM enables remote and mobile work by allowing employees to use smartphones, PCs, and IP phones as extensions. The company offers one-stop support, including the removal of existing PBX hardware, switching FAX lines, and setting up voice LANs. Future plans include integrating AI voice technology for features such as call summarization, recording, and inquiry trend analysis.
