Daimiel hosts bullfighting commemorations and Dani Fernández concert

The town of Daimiel is hosting several cultural events. Pedro Sánchez-Valdepeñas, director of the Municipal Band of Music, will deliver the eleventh bullfighting speech organized by the Peña Taurina Daimieleña. The event commemorates the 150th anniversary of the musical band and the 40th anniversary of the bullfighting association. The speech aims to connect the arts of bullfighting and music through a simple, accessible discourse.

Additionally, singer-songwriter Dani Fernández is scheduled to perform at the Municipal Auditorium on September 4 as part of the ‘Daimiel en Concierto 2026’ program. The concert is part of his ‘La Insurrección Tour 2026’, featuring hits from his latest album, ‘La Jauria’.
