Dairy Queen Miracle Treat Day raises funds for Children’s Miracle Network in Texas and Alabama
Dairy Queen will hold its annual Miracle Treat Day on Thursday, July 30, at participating locations across Texas and Alabama. For every Blizzard treat sold, the company will donate $1 or more to the Children’s Miracle Network, which distributes the money to local children’s hospitals.
In East Texas, the proceeds are earmarked for CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital, which serves children in Tyler and surrounding communities. In Alabama, the donations support Children’s of Alabama, the state’s only freestanding pediatric hospital and a teaching affiliate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. The Dairy Queen partnership with the Children’s Miracle Network has raised more than $185 million for children’s hospitals over its 41‑year history.
