Daiwa House hosts dinosaur-themed community event in Chiba

Daiwa House Industry and Daiwa House Property Management held a community engagement event titled ‘Dokiwaku Dinosaur Park’ at the DPL Nagareyama IV multi-tenant logistics facility in Chiba Prefecture.

The event, held on August 22, aimed to deepen local residents' understanding of the logistics facility through a dinosaur theme. Approximately 254 attendees participated in activities including a photo spot featuring a 5.5-meter Tyrannosaurus rex, mini dinosaur fossil excavation experiences, and a dinosaur quiz rally.

In addition to the themed activities, the company conducted facility tours to demonstrate the role and functions of the DPL Nagareyama IV site. Participants noted the value of learning about the facility's role as a potential regional disaster response hub.
