Dak Lak communities drive new rural development initiatives

In Dak Lak province, local communities and youth organizations are actively participating in the national program for new rural development. In Ea Na commune, residents have significantly contributed funds, materials, and labor to improve local infrastructure. Since the beginning of 2026, the commune has implemented 12 road projects totaling over 2,367 meters, with a total investment of more than 3.31 billion VND. While the state provided cement support, residents contributed over 2.34 billion VND through direct financial donations and manual labor.

Simultaneously, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union launched a nationwide volunteer campaign in Ea Nuol commune, Dak Lak. The initiative focuses on building green and clean residential areas, protecting the environment, and introducing digital skills and science to rural populations. The campaign emphasizes the sustainability of these projects, ensuring that infrastructure is managed and technical knowledge is effectively transferred to local citizens.
