Dak Lak inaugurates four boarding schools for new school year

Over 700,000 students in Dak Lak province began the 2026-2027 school year on September 5. The start of the academic year coincided with the inauguration of four new multi-level boarding schools located in the communes of Buon Don, Ia Lop, Ia Rve, and Ea Rok.

The four new facilities serve a total of 3,400 students, with a combined investment exceeding 750 billion VND. Three of the schools, located in Buon Don, Ia Lop, and Ia Rve, were funded by the provincial government with over 600 billion VND. The boarding school in Ea Rok was invested in by the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army with a total of 150 billion VND.

Inauguration ceremonies were attended by high-ranking officials, including Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Do Huu Huy, and General Nguyen Tan Cuong, Deputy Minister of National Defense. The new infrastructure includes administrative buildings, classrooms, dormitories, dining halls, and specialized facilities such as swimming pools and multipurpose halls to support student life and education.
