Dak Lak: Mazda 6 crashes into residential gates

A Mazda 6 sedan crashed into the gates of two residential properties in Ea Kao ward, Dak Lak province, in the early hours of August 31. The incident occurred around 12:14 AM on Y Wang Street.

Preliminary investigations suggest the driver, a 36-year-old resident of Buon Ma Thuot, failed to reduce speed and lacked sufficient observation while navigating a curved section of the road. The vehicle lost control and veered right, striking the gates of houses numbered 208B and 208C. The impact caused the gates and walls to collapse onto two other cars parked in the yards.

While the Mazda 6 sustained heavy front-end damage and the residential gates and three other vehicles were damaged, no injuries were reported. Total property damage is estimated at approximately 500 million VND. Local authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the accident.
