Dak Lak Museum preserves Central Highlands ethnic heritage
The Dak Lak Museum serves as a cultural landmark for the Central Highlands of Vietnam, representing the unity and identity of more than 40 ethnic communities in the region.
Built on the site of the former Bao Dai Villa, the museum's design is inspired by the traditional longhouse architecture of the Ede people. The facility houses thousands of artifacts related to history, culture, and biodiversity. Notable discoveries include thirteen bronze drums dating back 2,000 to 2,500 years, the highest number found in any province within the Central Highlands.
