Dak Lak proposes up to 2 billion VND per person to attract talent

The Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee has proposed a new resolution to attract and develop high-quality human resources for the 2026–2031 period. During the 3rd specialized session of the 11th Dak Lak Provincial People's Council, officials presented plans to incentivize talent through significant financial support.

Key proposed incentives include one-time recruitment support ranging from 500 million to 2 billion VND per person, depending on qualifications and academic titles. Additionally, the proposal includes housing support of up to 10 million VND per month, initial support for contract experts of up to 500 million VND, and monthly salaries reaching up to 100 million VND. Training support is also proposed, ranging from 100 million to 700 million VND per person.

The recruitment focus targets sectors such as high-tech agriculture, manufacturing, renewable energy, logistics, eco-tourism, and higher education. The total estimated budget for this initiative is between 89 billion and 157 billion VND.
