Dakahlia authorities issue 18 violations against bakeries

Authorities in the Dakahlia Governorate have conducted extensive inspections of bakeries and bread sales outlets in Gamasa, Sheikh Zayed, and 15 May. The campaign, ordered by Governor Tarek Marzouk, aimed to ensure compliance with the weights and specifications of subsidized bread and to monitor production and distribution.

The inspections resulted in 18 various violations being recorded. These included bread weights being short by up to 13 grams, the unauthorized disposal of subsidized flour, products failing to meet required specifications, operating without permission, and lack of cleanliness in dough-making tools. Legal measures are being taken against those found in violation.
